Technically twerking is NOT an example of cultural appropriation (bad) rather it’s convergent evolution of cultures (perfectly normal). Using your logic, singing is appropriation of the culture of East Africans. A non-Hindi wearing a bindi and a white person with dreadlocks are true examples of cultural appropriation.
